Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

Posted on Updated on

Pumpkin Spice Latte is one of my favorite fall drinks; always gets me if the fall mood and tastes like a pumpkin pie in a cup. Yum!

Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

adapted from AllRecipes

3 cups milk of your choice, I like almond, warmed
1 Tbsp. sugar, or to taste
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4-1 cup double-strength brewed coffee
lightly whipped cream
a shake of pumpkin pie spice

Combine the hot milk, sugar, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice in a blender; blend until frothy. Pour the mixture into 2-3 coffee mugs, filling them about 2/3 full. Divide the coffee between the mugs, and top with whipped cream and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice. Serves 2-3.

Hey Keito: I buy a Pumpkin Latte at my local Dutch Bros. coffee house. I am going to make this tomorrow morning. Thanks for sharing.

You have a great web-site here. Interesting this you post about. 🙂

It’s funny you mention Dutch Bros., I never heard of them till I watched Undercover Boss last night. And today, you mention them. I really like the drive-thru concept. How did your Pumpkin Latte turn out?
