Pumpkin Pie Martini

pumpkin pie martiniThis creamy, luscious and decadent drink really does taste like pumpkin pie in a glass. With pumpkin spice, pumpkin puree, cream liqueur, vanilla vodka and milk it is sure to be a hit at your holiday feast.


  • Makes 1

Directions: In a cocktail shaker combine ice, vodka, creme liqueur, milk, pumpkin pie filling and pumpkin pie spice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Using a wet napkin to wet the rim of a martini glass. Roll the rim in the crushed graham cracker. Pour the martini in the prepared glass and sprinkle with more pumpkin pie spice if desired.

Directions: In a large saucepan, melt butter and brown meat and onions. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Cut kabotcha, carrots, bamboo shoot and tofu into cubes. Add vegetables, star anise and 2 1/2 quarts water; cover and simmer until tender. Mix curry powder, flour and 1 cup water in a separate bowl and add to stew; cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Directions: Cut a lemon in halves. Squeeze all the lemon juice out of one half and place in a small bowl. Keep the half you extracted the juice from for the last Step (store the other half for later use). Chop the garlic and let it sit for at least 10 minutes. Then add it to the lemon juice with the cayenne pepper. Add the honey to the mix and stir all ingredients well. Pour the entire mixture back into the lemon half (which you extracted the juice from)

Fill a spray bottle with hot water. Leave an inch or so clearance at the top to allow room for the rest of the ingredients. Add 2 tablespoons of rubbing alcohol. Pour in 2 tablespoons of Purex crystals. Cap the bottle and shake it up until the crystals dissolve.

Recipe #3:

Using a funnel, pour 2 tablespoons of fabric softener into the bottle. Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.  Add six to ten drops of your favorite essential oil. Fill the rest of your bottle with water. Shake until well combined.

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large saucepan, combine 1/3 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir until blended. Mix in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and boiling. Boil 1 minute, then remove from heat.
